Narration Service — Client Terms

These terms apply when you buy narration from Tech Cheat Codes LLC ("we," "us"), P.O. Box 67, Tatamy, PA. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

We turn your script into finished narration audio (and video, for packages that include it), made with licensed AI voice technology from our provider, ElevenLabs. We use professional stock voices. We do not clone or imitate anyone's voice.

2. Your script

  • You own your script. We use it only to produce your order and for related support.
  • You confirm you have the right to use everything in your script, and that it follows these terms and the law.
  • Don't put sensitive personal data in scripts: health records, payment card or bank numbers, or government ID numbers (like Social Security numbers).

3. Your rights to the delivered files

Once your order is paid in full, you may use the delivered audio and video for personal and commercial purposes, including websites, ads, YouTube, and social media. No credit or attribution is required. You may not:

  • use the files, or offer them to others, in ways that break Section 6;
  • use the files to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, or include them in an AI dataset;
  • remove or alter any watermark, metadata, or other provenance signal to hide that the audio was AI-generated.

We may use short excerpts as samples only with your permission.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are listed with each package and start once we have your paid order and your script. Weekends and US holidays may add a day. If we'll be late, we'll tell you.

5. Revisions

  • Each package includes the number of revisions listed (Voiceover: 1; Captioned Short: 1; Website Explainer: 2).
  • A revision covers changes to voice, tone, pacing, pronunciation, or small wording fixes (up to about 10% of the script).
  • A new or substantially rewritten script is a new order.
  • Mistakes on our side (like a mispronounced word or something we left out) are fixed free and don't count as a revision.
  • Request revisions within 14 days of delivery.

6. What we can't make (prohibited uses)

Our voice provider requires everyone using its technology — including our clients — to follow its Prohibited Use Policy. We can't accept scripts, and you can't use our files, for any of the following:

  1. Minors: anything that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes anyone under 18; content using the likeness of, or designed to be recognized as, a specific real minor; or products aimed at children under 18 without the provider's written approval.
  2. Dangerous activities: terrorism or violent extremism; promoting suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders; sexual violence; weapons (including chemical, biological, nuclear, or explosive); human trafficking; selling drugs or other controlled goods; real-money gambling or predatory lending targeting people; spam or unlawful/non-consented robocalls or automated messages; glorifying serious violence.
  3. Deception and impersonation: imitating the voice, identity, or likeness of a real person without their explicit consent (or a deceased person in a harmful way); impersonating a company or organization; deceptive ads or fake endorsements; fraud and scams; fake personas used to manipulate people; fabricated evidence for legal, insurance, or official proceedings; exploiting vulnerable people.
  4. Elections: misleading voting information or voter suppression; interfering with elections or civic processes; impersonating candidates or officials; political campaign content (not allowed without the provider's prior written consent).
  5. Hate and harassment: hateful or discriminatory attacks on protected groups, targeted harassment or bullying, or threats of violence.
  6. Sexual and graphic content: explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate content, certain extreme erotic material, or gratuitous gore.
  7. Privacy: exposing or weaponizing private information, profiling people by their voice or sensitive traits, or breaking data protection laws.
  8. Professional advice and high-stakes decisions: personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice not overseen by a qualified professional with AI use disclosed; using the audio to make important decisions about people (jobs, housing, credit, health, etc.) without human review; recreating a real person giving testimony in any court or official proceeding.
  9. Breaking the law or others' rights: copyright, trademark, or publicity-rights infringement, or any other illegal use.
  10. AI transparency: you must disclose that audio is AI-generated where the law requires it or where hiding it would materially mislead people.
  11. Government use: government entities need the provider's prior written approval, so we can't take orders from them without it.

This is a plain-language summary. The full policy at https://elevenlabs.io/use-policy also applies to your use of the files, and controls if anything here differs.

7. We may refuse or stop work

We may decline any script, for any reason, including if we believe it breaks Section 6. If we decline before delivery, you get a full refund. If we learn delivered files are being used in breach of these terms, your license to use them ends and you must stop using them; no refund is due in that case.

8. Refunds

  • Before we start work: full refund on request.
  • We decline your script or can't deliver: full refund.
  • After delivery: we'll use your revisions to make it right. If we still can't deliver what the package describes, we'll refund you in full.
  • Ask for refunds by email within 14 days of purchase.

9. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your script's content and how you use the files. You agree to cover our costs if a claim arises from your script or your use of the files in breach of these terms.

10. Limits

We deliver files "as is" beyond what these terms promise. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

11. Files and privacy

We keep your script and files for 30 days after delivery for revisions, then may delete them. Download and keep your own copies.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law.
