Questions
Do I need tech skills?
No. Easy Mode is written for people who have never set up an AI tool. If you can copy, paste, and follow step-by-step instructions, you can do this. No coding needed; for a website you paste in one snippet.
Which AI tool does it use, and what does that cost?
Chatling. You sign up and pay Chatling directly. Its free plan costs $0 and includes 200 AI credits a month (about 40 replies) for website chat. If clients use it every day, plan on Starter: $25 a month, or $21 a month billed yearly. Instagram also needs Starter. Prices checked Oct 22, 2026 (chatling.ai/pricing).
How long does setup take?
Easy Mode takes about 1.5 hours: 30 to 45 minutes on the worksheet, then about 45 minutes to set up, test and go live. Pro Mode takes 1 to 2 hours in Chatling, or 2 to 4 hours in another tool.
Will someone set it up for me?
No. This is a do-it-yourself template. The Easy Mode guide walks you through each step, and you stay in control of your own accounts.
Will the AI say something wrong to my clients?
It can. AI tools sometimes get things wrong, so the template tells the assistant to stick to the facts you give it, tells clients when it doesn't know, and gives them your hand-off line. Run the 20 test questions before you go live.
Is there a bundle?
